This check weigher is designed to check weight of boxes admeasuring approximately 165 mm x 88 mm x 380 mm and 165 mm x 280 mm x 380 mm weighing 15Kgs & 35 Kgs. A Conveyor platform will be used as a check weighing platform. Normally plastic box will gently be pushed/rolled on to check weighing platform. Box will be weighed, weigh ment reading of box will be compared with set value. If weigh ment is found within the set tolerance limit, it will be pushed out as a okay box, however if it is found beyond the set tolerance limit, box will be pushed out as a Rejected box. Pneumatic cylinders will be used to divert rejected box. The system will keep track of OK, Defective and Total boxes. Similarly it can also keep track of Total Weight, OK Weight, Rejected Weight (Optional). INSA’s smart controller is capable of holding data even if power fails. Normally display will show set value and actual weight of the box. Previous data such as Total, OK/Rejected quantity or Total Weight/OK Weight/Rejected Weight etc can be recalled by scrolling through display in Program Mode. Entry to program mode will be restricted through pass word, to avoid unauthorized alterations. It will be possible to Reset Totalisers, Integrators or alter the SET values and tolerance limits in Program mode. Backlit LCD will be used to display all the parameters. |
