GRINDING WHEEL TESTING MACHINE

 1. Special purpose Grinding Wheel Testing machine developed for M/S Grind Well Norton Ltd. Robotic
     machine developed to simulate human actions involved while using surface grinder. 
 2. Grinding Wheel angle with work piece can be changed during grinding operation. Similarly force can be
     controlled during grinding cycle. 
 3. Instantaneous Power, Grinding Force and Angle display on display unit of MMI. Data acquisition at the
     rate of 100 samples per second.
 4. Graphical representation of Data collected.
 5. Communicates with PC through RS 232 port.
 6. Report generation and Historic data viewing possible.
  7. Force applied by floating Pneumatic cylinder with a resolution of 10 grams. Range 100 grams – 35 Kgs
 8. Power measurement by Hall effect Transducer. Range 0.1 Kw – 100 KW
 9. Force measurement by precision Loadcell accuracy 0.03%.
 10.Angle measurement by high resolution potentiometer 0.01 %, range 10 deg. – 45 deg.
 11.VFD for rotary table, speed setting from 150 rpm – 1500 rpm
 12.Modular PLC housed in Aluminum Extruded sectioned and sheet steel enclosure.
 13.Ultra precision proportional control valve used for force control.
 14. Upper & Lower limits settability for alarms and cut off. Built in High-High & Low-Low limits (safety limits).

              
                  PRECISION ROTARY VANE FEEDER

 1. Cast Iron or Fabricated Steel body.
 2. Standard machined flanges for Rotary Vane feeder.
 3. Precisely machined rotor with adjustable hardened
     blades.
 4. Leak proof sealing achieved by close tolerances.
 5. Bearings brought outside the housing to avoid
     jamming due to dust.
 6. Locating step for bearing housing.
 7. Shaft extension on either side for LHS or RHS
     drive.
 8. Suitable for very fine Powders having particle size
     of 10 microns.
