Pipe from extruder is cut to length of 6 mtrs with accuracy of 1 mm & dropped by tilting unit.
Special cushioning pads are used on collecting cradle.
Cradle gets positioned accurately.
Pipe checked for parameters as per selected Type, Class and Diameter.
Recipe management is built in.
Okay and Out of range pipes segregated at unloading station.
PLC is used for Recipe management, Monitoring, Control & Real Time Data collection. Data storage capacity for 15 hours. Max. Production @ 4 pipes per Minute.
